At Fit Learning Maui, our team of highly trained FIT Coaches delivers instruction rooted in behavioral science, but also driven by genuine care. We believe every child can thrive, and we are fully committed to unlocking that potential. That’s why every coach undergoes intensive training and certification to meet the Fit Learning performance standard, ensuring consistent, measurable progress for each learner. We don’t tutor, we transform the way children learn, think, and believe in themselves.
Our expertise spans FIT-Math, FIT-Reading, and FIT-Logic, three powerful programs designed to build cognitive strength and academic fluency. Through precision teaching, positive reinforcement, and a supportive relationship between coach and learner, we help students gain confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Aloha! I’m Goldean Lowe, M.Ed., BCBA, and I have the honor of serving as the CEO and Clinical Director of ABA Classroom and Fit Learning Maui.
For more than 20 years, I’ve been dedicated to helping children unlock their potential, building confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
As a certified Fit Learning coach, I bring science-based instruction that delivers rapid, measurable results, while never losing the human connection that empowers real growth. My mission goes beyond education; it’s about transforming lives through learning.
Bringing Fit Learning to Maui’s keiki is deeply personal to me. I believe every child, no matter their starting point, deserves access to education and a team that truly sees their greatness. My greatest motivation is to give the children of Maui the opportunity to experience a learning journey that is joyful, powerful, and life-changing. I am committed to building a community where families feel supported, every child can thrive, and learning becomes a path of transformation and hope.

Aloha! I’am Kalia Guiteras. As a former public school educator, I’m honored to now serve the Maui community as a Fit Learning Coach. I firmly believe in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis and am currently pursuing my Master’s in ABA to deepen my knowledge and impact.
My heart beats for Hawai‘i’s future. I want to help shape a community where every keiki receives the education they truly deserve. Imagine a Hawai‘i that isn’t ranked at the bottom for education—but is celebrated as a leader. Since discovering Fit Learning, I know this vision is possible.
